Once you have made payment online or sent us your proof of EFT payment, you will receive an email with your login details and you will be able to commence training within 24 hours.

You may purchase a course on behalf of someone else, just ensure to register this person as the course delegate, not yourself. If you purchased a course that you have not commenced, you may contact us to transfer this course to another delegate if you no longer wish to do the course.

Online courses are valid for a period of 1 year.  You have a year in which to complete the course.  We do this to ensure that the course material does not become outdated.

You can complete the course in sections, at your convenience.  You will be able to see what chapters of the course you have completed and which you still need to do so you can control your own pace and workload.  You can repeat or revisit any of the course chapters that you need to along the way.

The minimum pass rate and number of attempts given to pass the final course assessment may vary by course.  Details will be provided in the course description.  Generally the pass mark is 80% and you will be given 3 attempts to reach the pass mark.  You will then be able to download your course certificate.

Should you need any assistance during the course, our team will be available to provide assistance to you during office hours if you get in contact with us on email. We can put you in contact with the author of the course directly if required, to provide any assistance or further explanation that you may need. This assistance will be available up till three months from course enrolment.
